KickStarters Program Info - Fall 2025

KickStarters is a PARENT COACHED program.
Programs may be combined or limited based on enrollment and number of volunteer parent coaches.
Registration subject to cancellation if there are insufficient volunteer coaches.
Separate time slots for U5/2021 birth year and U6/2020 birth year.
Both divisions are co-ed.
If you prefer to play UP to U6 group to be with friends/siblings/experience, you must contact us.

CSA Rec offers the KickStarters program as an alternative to our traditional U6 program.

The KickStarters program will serve as an introduction to organized team soccer for our youngest players that are new to the sport and parents looking for a Saturday-only program.
If your child has played soccer previously, our regular U6 program may be a better fit!
Parent volunteers will lead co-ed teams in a 30-minute practice session followed by a 30-minute game against another KickStarters team.
A parent or designated adult guardian that provides transportation for the player must remain onsite at all times. Players may not be dropped off.

Eligible ages:
Teams are Co-ed.
Separate sessions available for players born in 2020(U6) and 2021 (U5) as long as they are 4 year of age prior to August 1.
2021 birth year players may REQUEST to play up. This is recommended for returning players.

U5 (2021 Birth year): 8:30am - 9:45am
U6 (2020 Birth year): 9:45am - 11:00am

Sessions are outside and subject to weather cancellations. 6 sessions guaranteed. Make up dates, if needed will be November 8 or Sundays in season.

Fee: $100 per player, includes a CSA t-shirt. No uniform purchase required!
Requests for registration cancellation must be received by August 1 to be eligible for credit or refund. All cancellations are subject to $25 administrative fee. No refunds/credits for individual player registration cancellations received after August 1.

Required equipment: CSA-provided KickStarters t-shirt, athletic shorts or pants, shinguards, soccer socks, cleats or sneakers. Your player will need a size 3 soccer ball. In cold weather, please dress your child in layers with the t-shirt on top!

As with all our recreational programs, we depend on PARENT VOLUNTEERS to coach teams, this is a great chance to get involved! Please volunteer when you register your child for KickStarters! Program will be cancelled if we have an insufficient number of parent volunteers!
