• REGISTER EARLY - OUR PROGRAMS HAVE LIMITED CAPACITY AND REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE WITHOUT NOTICE.
• REQUESTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
• DIVISIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION IF NOT SUPPORTED BY SUFFICIENT PLAYER COUNTS AND VOLUNTEERS.


WAIT LIST NOTES:

Wait lists typically occur because we need additional volunteer coaches! Please consider volunteering! 

If there is a waitlist for your age group, please complete the registration by completing all the steps until you get a confirmation on the screen and by email. There is no cost to register for the waitlist. 

We ACTIVELY work the waitlists up until the start of the season, sometimes even longer! Keep an eye on your emails!

December 1 Registration Opens for Spring season. Sign up early. 
Our program has limited capacity. We will utilize wait lists when necessary to manage enrollment.
Wait lists can start at any time, based on demand.
You are not guaranteed a spot on a team if you are on the wait list.

January 16 JANUARY 19TH$20 fee increase for U6-U12, Middle School and High School programs.
February 1Last day to request an individual refund if you choose not to participate. 
Subject to administrative fees.

EACH SEASON BRINGS SOME CHANGES TO OUR PROGRAMS!!
PLEASE READ OUR PROGRAM DETAILS CAREFULLY PRIOR TO REGISTERING!



**KickStarters and U6, U8, U10 and U12 teams play games at Frank Liske Park regardless of practice location.

**Middle School and High School teams play MARS league games at various locations throughout Mecklenburg and Cabarrus counties. Away games may require travel of up to 40 miles from Frank Liske Park. 


IF YOUR CHILD HAS NOT PLAYED WITH CSA RECENTLY:
You will be required to upload your child's proof of birth (birth certificate or passport) during registration. Please follow the prompts! If this will cause a delay of more than a day or so, please email [email protected] 

Our program utilizes PARENT VOLUNTEER COACHES!
 
Without coaches, there will not be teams! Please consider volunteering to coach your child's team. You can volunteer during registration, and we offer discounted registration!

Our programs are TEAM-BASED, OPEN ENROLLMENT programs! 
There are no tryouts or evaluations for our general recreation programs. Teams are formed based on practice night and friend requests within your age group. REGISTER EARLY.

 CSA-NORTH PROGRAM DETAILS - SPRING 2025
DIVISIONS OFFERED
Age groups, locations and practice nights may be combined depending on enrollment.
 Please see our age group policy to request exceptions. 
 • DIVISIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION DUE TO LOW ENROLLMENT OR LACK OF PARENT VOLUNTEERS

 6U and KickStarters (Birth Years 2020 or 2021)
   Plays 3 v 3 with no goalie. 6 to 7 players per team. Most teams will be co-ed.
 8U (Birth Years 2018 & 2019) 
   Plays 4 v 4 with no goalie. 7 to 9 players per team. Most teams will be co-ed.
 10U (Birth Years 2016 & 2017) 
    Plays 7 v 7 with goalie. 10 to 13 players per team. Minimum of 9 player needed to form team. Most teams will be co-ed.
 12U (Birth Years 2014 & 2015)
    Plays 9 v 9 with goalie. 12 - 14 players per team. Minimum of 11 players needed to form division. Most teams will be co-ed.
 Middle School (Primarily birth years 2013 & 2012. Other birth years permitted if child is enrolled in middle school)
   
Plays 11 v 11 with goalie. Minimum of 16 players needed to form division. 
    We will attempt to form separate teams for boys and girls, if possible, based on early enrollment numbers, otherwise teams will be co-ed.
    Teams play in the MARS league against other organizations that will have all-male OR all-female teams. 
 High School (Birth years 2007 - 2011. 2007 birth year players must be enrolled in high school.)
    Plays 11 v 11 with goalie. Minimum of 16 players needed to form division. 
    Teams play in the MARS league against other organizations that will have all-male OR all-female teams.
    We will attempt to form separate teams as follows 9/10th grade and 11/12th grade, otherwise team will include all players 9th-12th grade. 
    We will attempt to form separate teams for boys and girls if possible based on early enrollment numbers, otherwise teams will be co-ed.

   
OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADVANCED PLAYERS

 Practice Information
  • One practice per week at the selected location, at the indicated time and day.
  • A parent or designated adult guardian that provides transportation for the player must remain onsite at the facility for all practices and games in case of unexpected circumstances. 
  • No Dogs permitted.
  • Team formation is dependent on sufficient enrollment! Age groups, locations and practice nights may be combined, depending on enrollment.

    Frank Liske Park, 4001 Stough Road, 28027 (MAP)
    CSA North Complex - 3400 Davidson Highway, Concord 28027 (MAP) (Formerly Dave & Buster's)
    Cannon School, 5801 Poplar Tent Road, Concord, 28027 (MAP) (Open to non-students!)

 Game Information

 
• KickStarters sessions begin at 9:00 on Saturdays with a 30-minute practice session followed by a 30-minute game.
 • 6U-12U Games are played on Saturdays at Frank Liske Park. Game times vary 9am - 5:30pm.
 • 14U/Middle School and 19U/High School teams will play outside teams at other locations around Mecklenburg and Cabarrus County and may play on Saturdays and Sundays. Away games may require travel of up to 40 miles from Frank Liske Park. 
 • 6 Games minimum per season. 
 • A parent or designated adult guardian that provides transportation for the player must remain onsite at the facility for all practices and games in case of unexpected circumstances.
 Fees and Policies

 KickStarters: $100 per season, no uniform required.
 U6 & U8: $140 per season
 U10 & U12: $155 per season
 U14/Middle School and U19/High School: $185 per season
Price increases by $20 on January 16th for U6, U8, U10, U12, Middle School and High School divisions. 
 • We do our best to meet requests, but they are not guaranteed. Register early. Read the FAQ
 • Refunds are not provided due to schedule conflicts, change requests, registration errors or requests that could not be met, 
 • Requests for registration cancellation must be received by August 1 to be eligible for credit or refund. All cancellations are subject to $25 administrative feeNo refunds/credits for individual player registration cancellations received after February 1. 
 • Volunteer to coach your child's team and your fees will be reimbursed when the season starts. You can volunteer during the player registration process.
 • Uniform for U6 - U19 is NOT included in fee. Please see below. KickStarters players do NOT need a uniform.
 Uniforms (Required for all programs except KickStarters.)
 
"HOME" UNIFORM: Yellow CSA Jersey, black shorts, and black socks
"AWAY" UNIFORM: White CSA Jersey, black shorts and black socks

• This is same uniform used since Fall 2024; if you have a yellow/white jersey set, you can continue to use it.
• If you do not have this uniform kit, it must be purchased separately as follows:
  Players are required to purchase the two jerseys online from Soccer.com. (One yellow jersey and one white jersey).
  Players are also required to have black athletic shorts, black soccer socks, shinguards, cleats and a ball. These can be purchased at soccer.com OR any other store. 
• A white CSA practice t-shirt will be provided during the first practice/game.
