TEAM ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE RELEASED BY SYSTEM EMAIL BEGINNING FEBRUARY 23 AND WILL BE POSTED TO YOUR CSA REC SOCCER ACCOUNT.  This should be complete by February 24; however, some sections may be delayed if all the coaches are not in place.

We have over 200 teams to release, one by one, please don't panic if all your children's assignments don't come through at once! Some locations will be released earlier than others - and there may be a significant delay. 
If you do not see your Roster email by Monday morning (February 26) and you have checked your spam folder, please email us. Be sure to include your child's full name and date of birth.

Due to privacy issues, we will NOT release any practice information for children by phone. Contact us by email!

We have done our best to accommodate requests. Please keep in mind that players and coaches change age groups, practice nights and locations from season to season. Team assignments should be considered final. In most cases, we cannot accommodate change requests because of the impact on other families and teams, 

Team Assignment Notification by EMAIL and in your CSA Rec Soccer Account
When your team assignment is available, you will receive an email from the CSA registration system.
Check your spam and update folders for the email address you used to register!
Look for an email with subject "Charlotte Soccer Academy - Recreation Player Update".
It will include:
- Your coach name and their contact info
- Your team roster
- A note that includes practice day, time and location. 

Your team name will also be listed under your child's name in your account. 
Your team name includes your age group/gender, practice day, practice time, field identification and coach name.

For example only:
A team with the name "U12B Wed6:45 McK-2A Sample" is a U12 Boys team that practices on Wednesdays at 6:45 on McKee Road Park field 2A with coach Sample. 

McA= McAlpine ES, McK=McKee Road Park, CBP=Colonel Beatty Park, PAL=The Palisades, McC=McClintock, D&B = Davidson Highway, FLP=Frank Liske Park,, CS = Cannon School.

The email you receive will serve as your team assignment notification - do not wait on an email or phone call from your coach. Of course, you can reach out to your coach and thank them for volunteering! If you will miss the first practice, please let your coach know!
