CSA is always accepting coaches for all of our age groups!

We rely on over 250 volunteer parents, grandparents, and other adult coaches each season to support the demand for our recreational program. Come join us! Discounts available for head coach's child.

Assistant coaches will be recruited after teams are formed! Please volunteer now only if interested in head coaching.

Please volunteer when asked during player registration.
If you need to volunteer after player is registered, LOG IN to your account and click on the VOLUNTEER TAB, then click on the ORANGE button that says: FIND VOLUNTEER ROLES and follow the instructions! Please do not use the links below!

Proceed to the bottom of the page to register to volunteer for the area and age group.

For all questions about practice days, times, locations and game day info, please refer to the detailed age group descriptions under the PROGRAMS tab!

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer coach or joining our High School Internship Program please review the following requirements:
  • It is mandatory that all CSA Coaches pass a background check through the North Carolina Youth Soccer Association and complete the required abuse prevention program.
  • You must be able to coach approximately 9 weekly 1-hour practice sessions.
  • You must be available to coach games on primarily Saturdays, with some Sundays.
  • Coordinate team communication or designate a Team Parent at your first practice to handle game reminders and other CSA email updates in a timely manner.
  • Once you receive your team roster you must ask for a Assistant Coach to help out with practices and games.
  • Communicate any issues right away to Amy Cullipher [email protected] or Keith Wienke at [email protected]
  • Follow CSA Code of Conduct Policy at all times.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
At this time, we ask that you volunteer only if you can be a HEAD COACH!
